The WSY overbuild project is actually two platforms supported by 300 caissons, ranging from four to five feet in diameter and 60 to 80 feet in depth to support over seven million square feet of apartment, office, and retail space.

User service systems installed include HVAC Mechanical; electrical unit heaters, crac units, exhaust/supply vent plants, variable fan drive fans; Fire Suppression- 49 Deluge Zones & clean agent systems & Plumbing. Operation & maintenance of all systems conducted through BMS- Building Management Systems interface.

Safety Highway Construction

Recent capacity involve the administration of regulatory safety provisions specific to work zone safety management, mobility & traffic control devices on various projects in the greater New England region. Such provisions aim to: eliminate projects health & safety hazards, minimize traffic delays, maintain roads level of service & access to businesses/dwellings.

Areas of intervention incorporate; performing work zone process review, flagger program compliance reporting, assessing projects temporary traffic control devices conformity to MUTCD, etc.

Bridge Construction Inspection

The core scope of this project include the rehabilitation of four (4) active road bridges in with planning, design, procurement, execution and commissioning conducted in reference to the RIDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction "RIDOT's Blue Book".

Construction & project logistics concurred to allow for adjacent roadways level of service to remain consistent as required by contract.

Work breakdown include; setting up work zone area; cleaning erosion, providing pollution controls, turbidity barrier & catch basin protection; isolation of bridge super-structure w/load transferred on temporary steel shoring systems; demo/replacement of reinforced concrete pier caps, placement of non-shrink grout pedestals & expansion joints; application of Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) wrap around columns/caps, etc.

Highway Construction Inspection

The Elmwood Ave Improvement project is a stretch of roadway rehabilitation in the heart of Providence, RI. Such project aims at reconditioning public infrastructure & reinvigorating city landscape as Elmwood Ave remains one of the state busiest district with active stores, restaurants, banks, churches and residences.

Work breakdown include but not limited to; setting up work zone area, cleaning erosion, providing pollution controls, turbidity barrier & catch basin protection, surveying, milling off existing surface pavement, replacement of base course layer, placement of new Hot Mix Asphalt layer, surface marking, re-routing of 3rd parties utility lines, reconstruction of catch basins & sidewalks, replacement of street lamps & traffic intersection lights, re-installation of street signage as required by traffic codes, implanted trees & other misc. landscaping.
